In addition to my experience in residential brokerage, I am an active real estate investor and developer. My experience in residential rehab provides my clients an added dimension of service. I am a valuable resource in analyzing investment opportunities as my experience enables me to see values that others overlook and to work with architects, engineers and builders to monetize it. This perspective can be useful to clients as they decide whether to purchase, improve, or sell one of their most important assets. I pride myself in finding deals for my buyers that are off market and at a discount while I strive to bring my sellers top dollar as quickly as possible. It is not uncommon for my buyers to purchase for tens of thousands under the appraisal or get a premium property at the standard market comparable sales.
I hold a BA from the University of Tennessee in Political Science and Psychology with focused studies on consumer behavior. I am is widely recognized as one of the best-trained negotiators in the business with a extensive continuing education in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online and The Black Swan Group.
I am the proud father of two wonderful kids who live in El Dorado Hills. I am a native Sacramentan that attended Jesuit High School and Sacramento City College before earning a baseball scholarship to the University of Tennessee. I love introducing those new to the area to its various neighborhoods and niches. I have lived all over the Sacramento Metro area. In my spare time, I am a rabid college sports fan (GO VOLS!), fledgling golfer, architecture buff, motor cycle rider and aspiring art collector. When not doing that… I mostly enjoy spending time with friends and family in Carmel or Truckee.
